Views of the entrance and parking lot area

The entrance to Fort Marcy Park exiting northbound off the George Washington Parkway 7
miles from the White House. (The photograph was taken in September 1995 during an
unsuccessful search of the park for the bullet by Starr's FBI agents.)

This is the driveway that runs from the parkway entrance to the parking lot. (Photo taken September 1995)

The view at Fort Marcy Park of the twenty-one parking spaces in the lot from the end looking back toward the entrance. This photo shows the placement of the civilian couple's car (foreground) and the placement of the brown Honda (not Foster's) as seen at 5:15 p.m. on July 20, 1993 prior to the discovery of Foster's body.

View of the footpath from the parking lot leading to the fort. An early 1980's Honda, described by witnesses as brown, rust-brown, red or maroon was parked in the space in the right corner of the photograph. This car was not Mr. Foster's and it was observed between 4:30 p.m. and 8:16 p.m. Mr. Foster's White House identification was recovered from this car by 6:37 p.m. The car and the owner have never been identified.
